INFORMIX SERVER / 5725A3900 / C10 - IDS 12.10

After the fix for IT26556 was introduced, it's now possible that
certain type of page header corruption in a smart blob page can
cause the restore of the smart blob data to hang.

The stack trace for the hanging physrecover thread would look
like this:
