IFXCLONE ERROR -217 IF DELIMIDENT SET

When trying to build a RSS server using the ifxclone, get below
error:
pa2dbrpt01dr.dr.otc(informix)$ ifxclone -d RSS -L -T -S reportdb
-I 10.100.36.58 -P 1741 -t i_rep2 -i 10.101.33.28 -p 1731
ERR - SQLERR:-217 ISAM:0 select if targetserver PRI or SDS from
sysha_nodes
Got this error even when the Primary node has the correct info
in the sysha_nodes tables, see below
nj2dbrpt01prd.prod.otc(informix)$ echo "select * from
sysha_nodes" |dbaccess sysmaster
Database selected.
