INFORMIX SERVER / 5725A3900 / C10 - IDS 12.10

Within 11.70.FC9 (and 12.10.FC10), the onconfig has the
following settings:

AUTO_STAT_MODE 1
STATCHANGE 0

And within sysadmin:ph_threshold these have been altered from
the default values.

AUS_AGE 20
AUS_PDQ 0

The observations seen after the migration is that the nightly
AUS runs were taking longer than they did previously on the
older IDS version.  Investigations and analysis showed that
tables that are large are being processed even though there has
been very little changes to the Update/Delete/Insert (UDI)
values.  As the AUS is run nightly and there are many tables
like this, then the AUS runs take much longer and impact the
start of the day processing.
