INFORMIX SERVER / 5725A3900 / C10 - IDS 12.10

While 'rootdbs' is UNENCRYPTED & then Encryption is TURNED ON,
then when doing a 'Level 0' Cold Restore, one gets the 'Log
Files are Corrupt' Error.

While this is a Restore problem, the area of code that looks to
be an issue is related to EAR and hence the RSAM Component.

This Error is also Reproducible in 12.10 FC10.

Workaround:
To create a rootdbs as ENCRYPTED, then Restore will work.
