INFORMIX SERVER / 5725A3900 / C10 - IDS 12.10

Restore of an archive  to establish HDR secondary fails with
error 21552 when SDS_ENABLE and DISK_ENCRYPTION is set.  Below
are steps to duplicate the issue.

On Primary
1. Initialize the sever without DISK_ENCRYPTION
2. onmode -d set SDS primary 

On SDS server following $ONCONFIG parameters to setup SDS
   SDS_ENABLE 1
   SDS_PAGING ,
   SDS_TEMPDBS ,, ,, 

 3. oninit -v

On primary
4. ontape -s -L 0

5. set DISK_ENCRYPTION
keystore=pri_keystore,cipher=aes256,rollfwd_create_dbs=encrypt

onmode -ky

ontape -r -encrypt

On HDR secondary

set FULL_DISK_INIT 1

set DISK_ENCRYPTION
keystore=sec_keystore,cipher=aes256,rollfwd_create_dbs=encrypt

ontape -r -encrypt

Restore fails with following message in the online.log

Can not initialize SDS -  SDS_ENABLE is not set, but the
rootchunk indicates a shared disk environment
Initialization of enryption subsystem failed with error 21552.
oninit: Fatal error in shared memory initialization
