DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / B10 - DB2

GB18030 is a standard of encoding in China. The latest version
of GB18030 is GB18030-2005, which not only contains all 27533
characters in GB18030-2000, but also contains Unicode CJK
Ext-B(i.e. CJK Unified Ideographs Extension B) which contains
additional 42711 characters.

Currently, all of these 42711 characters cannot be inserted into
a database with codeset GB18030 correctly, they will be
converted and stored as 0x'8430C432' in database, which is not
correct.

This APAR is opened to address this issue.
