DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / B10 - DB2

CLP intermittently returns date values in an incorrect format.
For example, dates that are normally returned as
  11/21/2018
are occasionally returned as
  2018-11-21

The problem tends to manifest when a script repeatedly
   connects
   call routine() that returns data
   connect reset
If such a script connects only once (at the beginning), the
problem does not manifest.
