DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / B10 - DB2

Due to authentication changes any operations that requires
remote Softlayer storage will not work.
These operations are: backup to remote storage, restore from
remote storage, ingest from remote storage and load from remote
storage.

One can issue catalog storage access command similar to the one
below:

db2 "catalog storage access alias mysoflayerstorage vendor
softlayer
    server s3.host.objectstorage.softlayer.net
    user 1abc5f077d1ab82be938234c7819093
    password 8b20b4a0c345fab7339b5a8e619bb8b5689149ab1c7b49b2
    container my_container dbuser db2inst1"

Then backup operation to remote Softlayer storage:

db2 backup db internal to
db2remote://mysoflayerstorage/my_container/back1

will fail and one can find entries like the one below in the
database logs:
