DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / B10 - DB2

100% CPU spikes on the Reads On Standby database server of a
HADR cluster.  Performance issue is caused by dropping temporary
tables in the read-only workloads on the HADR active standby
database with only one bufferpool. No issue seen on primary.
Difference is a result of Db2 treating temporary and regular
tables the same way on the standby.
