SELECT WITH SORT IS SLOWER BECAUSE IT IS USING SEQUENTIAL SCAN EVEN IF INDEX EXISTS

A query such as:
SELECT * FROM tab1 ... ORDER BY c1
may use sequential scan even if index for c1 exists and may be
slower because it has to sort the resulting rows. |

The fix can be disabled by turning on 0x10000 in SQL_FEAT_CTRL2:
onmode -wm SQL_FEAT_CTRL2=0x10000
NOTE: first find the current setting for SQL_FEAT_CTRL2 and then
add 0x10000 to that value in command above. |
