CDRNS THREAD CAN GET STUCK CONTINUALLY RUNNING AFTER SPOOLING WITH LOOPBACK REPL2SPL REPLICATION

| Problem description: |
An instance configured with loopback replication and a repl2sp
replicate using the --jsonsplname option
that starts spooling can lead to its CDRNsT2 thread stuck
continually looping looking for a transaction
over and over in same sblob.
The CDRNsT2 thread will yield and can migrate to different CPU
VPs but it will continue to run.
If you pstack your CPU VPs you will catch the CDRNsT2 thread
with various stacks but always with stack
foundations that look like:
