Problem description:
An instance trap might occur because of a signal 11 caught in 
sqlr_construct_new_pd. The conditions to fall into this issue 
are the following, when AUTO_STMT_RUNSTATS is enabled : 
 
(1) There hasn't been any runstats on the table, but Real Time 
Statistics (RTS) has fabricated statistics for the table. 
(2) A statistics profile exists for the table. 
(3) RTS tries to fabricate new statistics on this table, then 
DB2 can trap here.
