DB2 - Problem description

CRASH WITH "DOUBLE FREE" MESSAGE AFTER SEVERAL RESTART OF VENDOR
LIBRARY.

Problem description:
DB2 instance may crash with a message indicating that we are 
attempting to free memory that was already freed. This situation 
can occur after several attempts are made to restart the vendor 
library. The following symptoms can be found in db2diag.log:
