db2convert utility fails with

  SQL0802N Arithmetic overflow or other arithmetic exception
occurred.  SQLSTATE=2200

when trying to convert a table that has more than 2147483647
rows (the max limit of a signed 32-bit integer).

Customer can try to accomplish the same result using other
tools/methods, for example
-- manually create the column-organized table, do a LOAD FROM
CURSOR, drop original table, rename column-organized table to
original name
-- use ADMIN_MOVE_TABLE manually
