DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / A50 - DB2

This problem is due to the fact that db2prereqcheck attempt to
read in content of /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist ( or
/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf on RedHat system ) regardless of
the fact that file is not there.
