SLOW PERFORMANCE IN DB2AUDIT EXTRACT DELASC DUE TO MANY SMALL WRITES TO THE OUTPUT FILE

| Problem description: |
db2audit extract delasc performs slowly due to synchronous write
for every audit log record
The fix for this apar optimizes the writing to the output file.
The change will be to buffer the write in a memory buffer
instead of doing the write immediately. |
