ADD SUPPORT TO CONVERT CHARACTERS ADDED BY CCSID 1390/1399 V2 TOUNICODE.

| Problem description: |
CCSID 1390/1399 has been enhanced to fully support characters in
JIS X 0213:2004, this enhancement added 1074 characters in the
code set. However, DB2 cannot convert the added characters to
Unicode.
Note: the other Japanese CCSID like 943 or 954 has no capability
to support JIS X 0213:2004.
DB2 LUW requires a design change to convert to 4 byte characters
(328 characters in 1074), or combining characters.
So, the scope of this APAR is to update conversion tables in
current format so that DB2 LUW can convert 746 (1074-328)
characters. |
