| Problem description: |
In V11.1 FP1 database native encryption can be enabled through a
centralized key manager, like SafeNet KeySecure, that uses KMIP
protocol. If the configuration includes both a primary and a
secondary KMIP servers and the primary KMIP server is not
available then you may experience performance issues and
timeouts.  |
