DB2CLUSTER -VERIFY FAILED IN RDMA PING TEST |

| Problem description: |
When executing db2cluster -verify as instance user, it fails in
the RDMA ping test with the following error in *.trace file:
"dat_pz_create failed with 0x30000. Cannot create the protection
zone instance." (where this 0x30000 maps to
DAT_INSUFFICIENT_RESOURCES) |
