db2batch returning CLI0112E message in some situations when NULL is being passed on run-time. To recreate the problem: Create a table : create table test1 (AIRRES_URID BIGINT); Create and save one SQL in a file : $ cat test1.sql SELECT AIRRES_URID from test1 where AIRRES_URID = COALESCE(?,AIRRES_URID); Create a parameter input file : $ cat param1.txt Null Then run db2batch in following way, $ db2batch -d sample -f test1.sql -m param1.txt -i complete -iso UR -o p 5 o 5 r -1 -r db2batch.out ** CLI error in executing the SQL statement: (-99999): [IBM][CLI Driver] CLI0112E Error in assignment.
