On Windows, if an IBM Data Server Driver Package already exists on your machine and you attempt to upgrade DB2 Server products/DS Client to a higher version, the upgrade operation fails, similar error can be seen in the install log: MSI (c) (C0:CC) [14:57:37:019]: Doing action: VerifyPrereqsCA Action 14:57:37: VerifyPrereqsCA.
