IN A DPF DATABASE INSTANCE, IN RARE TIMING CONDITION A SEG-FAULT/TRAP CAN
OCCUR IN FUNCTION SQLPSETTID()

Problem description:
In a v11.1.1.1 and DPF database instance, in rare timing 
conditions a seg-fault/trap can occur in function sqlpSetTID().
