DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / B10 - DB2

When CF self-tuning memory is set to ON, in some cases
performance issues can be observed with symptoms similar to the
following:
- messages indicating errors when updating gbp size, resulting
in timeouts and purge of connections on the members. The member
may then panic after 6 mins and restart.

Turn off CF self-tuning memory; set the cf_db_mem_sz, cf_gbp_sz,
cf_lock_sz and cf_sca_sz params to manual values by monitoring
the usage on the env.
