MOVE REQUEST NOT SENT TO TSA DURING A HADR TAKEOVER TO AN UP-LEVEL VERSION OF DB2
product: | |
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / A50 - DB2
Problem description: | |
This issue occurs when performing a rolling upgrade in a TSA automated DB2 HADR environment. After upgrading the DB2 fixpack level on the host hosting the standby HADR database. If you issue a "DB2 TAKEOVER HADR" command on the database, then a move request may not be sent to TSA. As a result of this, if there is a virtual IP address associated to the database, it will not failover alongside the HADR primary role.
