| Problem description: |
When the search string for CONTAINS function has only MBCS dot
character(s) which code point is U+E383BB,
CONTAINS fails with IQQS0032E error.
IQQS0032E is not appropriate but SQL0171N should be returned. |

Do not specify only, MBCS dot character(s) to the search string
