RUNNING THE "DB2CLUSTER -LIST -ALERT" COMMAND GENERATES "SQLHA EVENT
RECORDER HEADER DATA" MESSAGES IN THE DB2DIAG.LOG

Problem description:
"db2cluster -list -alert" command generates lots of below
entries in db2diag.log :
