NON-ROOT fixpack update uisng installFixPack not replacing the files in the security directory. |

| Problem description: |
DB2 non-root fixpack update using installFixPack not replacing
the files in the security directory during upgrade to V10.5 FP4
and above. The symptoms are errors in db2diag.log or db2 trace
surrounding programs/files that reside in the sqllib/security
directory.
It can affect DB2 auditing, DB2 instance level operations that
require SYSADM privilege and user authentication that requires
the db2ckpw executable.

db2 update dbm cfg
db2 update database catalog
