ADD TOLERATION LOGIC IN CASE A STANDBY RECEIVES A BAD LOG PAGE DUE TO NETWORK ISSUE |

| Problem description: |
Due to network issues, the standby may get bad log pages.
Instead of standby server crashing out due to SEGV, DB2 needs to
add toleration logic to discard the bad packet, and retry for a
good page. |
