DB2RSPGN GENERATES AN INCORRECT RESPONSE FILE

Problem description:
If you run db2rspgn from a DB2 11.1 Mod1 FP1 instance to 
generate a response file, the response file generated will 
contain an invalid keyword : INSTALL_ENCRYPTION = YES. 
 
If you use this response file to do an installation it will fail 
with this error : 
A response file error occurred. Unknown keyword 
"INSTALL_ENCRYPTION" at line "xxx".

Local Fix:
Remove INSTALL_ENCRYPTION = YES from the response file

Db2 Version 11.1 Mod3 Fix Pack3 iFix001 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows
Db2 Version 11.1 Mod3 Fix Pack3 iFix002 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows

Solution
The problem was first fixed in Db2 11.1 Mod3 Fix Pack 3
