HANG CAUSED BY SET WRITE SUSPEND/RESUME AND LOAD |

| Problem description: |
Performing SET WRITE SUSPEND and LOAD with COPY YES may cause
SET WRITE RESUME to fail so that the database cannot be brought
out of suspend state. New connections to the database may also
hang. |
