DB2 - Problem description

CREATE DATABASE RETURNS -1051

Problem description:
When trying to create additional databases with system 
automation running, you may encounter messages like this in the 
db2diag.log: 
 
sqlhaEligibleHAFilesystem: /db1, fsType nfs4, instance policy 7 
is not an HA eligible mount path 
 
"The path provided is not eligible to be used in shared data." 
 
MESSAGE : While creating database, error occured. Files and 
directories created 
          will be removed now. 
DATA #1 : Sqlcode, PD_TYPE_SQLCODE, 4 bytes 
-1051

Local Fix:
1)  Disable system automation 'db2haicu -disable' and then 
create database 
or 
2) export DB2_ROCM_DISABLE_FS_CHECK=TRUE and then create 
database
available fix packs:

Db2 Version 11.1 Mod3 Fix Pack3 iFix001 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows
Db2 Version 11.1 Mod3 Fix Pack3 iFix002 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows
