Disk full issue on existing storage paths

After new storage paths are added to the storage group, if there
is no space in the containers on the existing storage paths, A
new
stripe set of container is not able to be created and hangs.

After hitting disk full, the next attempt to alter tablespace to
increase space also hangs.

Below consecutive messages will be logged while hangs:
