DB2ACD MIGHT INCORRECTLY CHOOSE INDEX REBUILD DURING AUTOMATIC TABLE MAINTENANCE EVEN WHEN NO OFFLINE WINDOW IS AVAILABLE |

| Problem description: |
The db2acd might choose index rebuild when reorg is necessary
for an index. When no offline window is setup e.g. in the auto
maintenance policies the reorg might fail with:
SQL22022N The duration of the maintenance window is not long
enough to run the maintenance activity.
Due to this, the index will not be reorganized and might take
more space and might have a higher number of levels than
necessary. |
