ATTEMPT TO INSTALL DB2 SERVER 10.5 64 BIT FIXPACK 9 FAILS DURINGUPGRADE WHEN DB2 V10.5 32 BIT ALREADY EXISTS ON WINDOWS

| Problem description: |
On Windows, if DB2 V10.5 32 bit DB2 Server package already
exists on your machine and you attempt to upgrade DB2 Server
products to 10.5 FP9 64 bit FixPack, the upgrade operation
fails, similar error can be seen in the install log:

| Local Fix: |
1. The upgrade from 32-bit to 64-bit server works for v10.5fp8.
2. The workaround is only to remove 32 bit install and perform
64 bit fresh install.
