DB2 SERVER MAY REPORT -901 WITH ERROR MESSAGE "PARENT OBJECT SHOULD NOT HAVE A SWIZZLE DEPENDENCY"

| Problem description: |
Db2 server may report -901 during pushdown in stacked unions.
This problem exists since 10.1.
In db2diag.log, an entry like the following will be logged:
sqlcaid : SQLCA sqlcabc: 136 sqlcode: -901 sqlerrml: 50
sqlerrmc: Parent object should not have a swizzle dependency
sqlerrp : SQLNG219
