MANY DIFFERENT SIZED LOGS IN LOG DIRECTORY

| Problem description: |
When using DB2 HADR if the size of the logs changes often, there
might be multiple different sized logs in the log directory.
There should only be one size of logs in the directory, and this
APAR will change the functionality such that reactivating the
database will purge all the incorrect size logs from the log
directory. |
