DB2 MIGHT TRAP WHEN EXECUTING COMPLEX QUERIES CONTAINING CSES

DB2 might trap when the following conditions are met:
1. a complex query contains multiple CSEs
2. there are predicates on the CSEs
3. DERPRD_FF is not set for DB2COMPOPT
