GBP CLEANUP CAN BE SLOW ON A LARGE GBP DURING MEMBER CRASH RECOVERY

GBP cleanup that is performed as part of member crash recovery
can be slow when the GBP has a large size.
The cleanup can be made faster by using multiple parallel
cleanup tasks. |

| Local Fix: |
To enable parallel GBP cleanup use the following registry
variable.
db2set DB2_CA_ENV_STRING='CF_MAX_PARALLEL_GBP_DETACH=2'
Restart both CF's for this value to take affect. |
