Win32 only: db2level gives SQL1022C if instance name is longer than 7 bytes. This steps illustrates how this problem happens. 1. Install Data Server Client 32-bit. 2. Create an instance named 8 bytes. C:>db2icrt DB123456 3. Switch to the instance C:>set DB2INSTANCE=DB123456 4. Run db2level. C:>db2level SQL1022C There is not enough memory available to process the command. CLP does not return errors, but some Db2 commands may fail. | |
