DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / B10 - DB2

Db2 may crash with coredump (Linux/UNIX) or userdump (Windows)
under the following conditions in
federation environment.

- Error handling is needed internally when windows system is
shutdown.
- Continue fetching data after error received.

When encounter the issue, the following are reported in
db2diag.log
