SAP: SUBOPTIMAL PERFORMANCE DUE TO DISABLED LOTO1 SQL OPTIMIZER FEATURE

| Problem description: |
APAR IT26479 disabled the LEFT OUTER TO ONE SQL optimizer
feature in V11.1.4.4, because of potential wrong results.
Technically "LOTO1" got removed from DB2_WORKLOAD=SAP in APAR
IT26479.
This APAR fixes the problems and re-enables "LOTO1" under
DB2_WORKLOAD=SAP. |
