DB2 - Problem description

Problem IT27139 Status: Closed

DB2 MAY CRASH IF REMOTE MS SQL SERVER IS IN SHUTDOWN STATE DURING FETCH
PROCESSING.

Problem description:
Db2 may crash under the following conditions are met in
federation environment.

- When the remote server is MS SQL Server.
- When MS SQL Server was shutdown while querying the nickname.

When encounter the issue, the following are reported in
db2diag.log
