USER MIGHT RETRIEVE WRONG DATA FROM REMOTE ORACLE TABLES IF THE COLUMNS CONTAIN DATE TYPE AND THE DATA MIGHT BECOMES CORRECT AFT Root cause: Oracle client (OCI) doesn't send "ALTER SESSION" command which is to set the DATE data format immediately after connection with the environment variable NLS_DATE_FORMAT set to 'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS'. | |
