DB2 - Problem description

CREATE USAGE LIST RETURNS WRONG ERROR WHEN OBJECT-NAME SCHEMA STARTS WITH
'SYS'

DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / A50 - DB2
Problem description:
A usage list cannot be created on a table or index with a schema
name that starts with 'SYS'.  The expected message is:

   SQL1640N  A usage list cannot be created for the object
"".
   sqlstate: 42809

However, the error message actually returned is:

   SQL0553N  An object cannot be created with the schema name
"".
   sqlstate: 42939
