DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / B10 - DB2

On AIX pureScale environment, as part of CF stop, ca-server
process will be killed. Db2 checks that the kill was successful.
But in some cases, the process is in exiting state for longer
than expected and will result in the following db2diag entry:
