HEARTBEAT_EXPECTED ON HADR PRIMARY DOES NOT INCREASE AS EXPECTED

| Problem description: |
On HADR primary, HEARTBEAT_EXPECTED in db2pd -hadr
(or HADR monitor table function) output does not increase over
time, or increases in a slower pace than expected (e.g. compared
to other databases with same HADR configuration).
This issue timing and workload related. It is difficult to
predict when it would occur.
The only impact is the incorrect value of HEARTBEAT_EXPECTED
in the output. There is no other impact to the database. |
