DB2PD -LOGS DISPLAYS WRONG LOG FILE NAME WHEN LOG NUMBER IS GREATER THAN 9999999

| Problem description: |
When log number is greater than 9999999, db2pd -logs displays
wrong log file name. In below sample output, db2pd -logs
displays log file name S10000000.LOG, but actually the name of
the log file is S0000000.LOG.
