DBMS_LOB.CONVERTTOCLOB REDEFINED AS READS SQL DATA

| Problem description: |
DBMS_LOB.CONVERTTOCLOB defined as "MODIFIES SQL DATA" returns
error when called:
SQL0740N Routine "xxxxx" (specific name "SQLyyyyyy") is defined
with the MODIFIES SQL DATA option, which is not valid in the
context where the routine is encountered.
Should be defined as "READS SQL DATA" so no SQL0740N is returned |
