DB2 MAY ABEND WHILE COMPILING COMPOUND SQL (COMPILED) STATEMENTS

| Problem description: |
Db2 may terminate abnormally while compiling compound SQL
(compiled) statements. This includes anonymous blocks and SQL
routines.
An example stack trace seen in this scenario looks similar to
