RESTORE OF SMS AUTOMATIC STORAGE TABLE SPACE IN DB2 DEVELOPER-C EDITION
FAILS WITH SQL1139N

Problem description:
Running with Developer-C Edition a database restore will fail,
when the database contains a user temporary table space.

Repro Steps:
db2 "CREATE DATABASE testdb USING CODESET UTF-8 TERRITORY US"
db2 "create user temporary tablespace bad_space MANAGED BY
AUTOMATIC STORAGE"
db2 backup db testdb
db2 restore db testdb
SQL1139N The total size of the table space is too big.
SQLSTATE=54047

The db2diag.log shows:
FUNCTION: DB2 UDB, buffer pool services, sqlbEndPoolRestore,
probe:5015
MESSAGE : ZRC=0x80020058=-2147352488=SQLB_BAD_TBS_SZ "tablespace
is too big"
